All orders are shipped with the United States Post Office
Shipping within the US may take 5-7 business days (10-14 Business days during high volume). For shipping on orders outside of the US it may take up to 7-10 business days (12-16 business days during high volume). Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 3-4 business days. If items are custom made orders take 5-7 days to process.
Luxe by Bryvin is not responsible for ANY item(s) lost. When you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, and you have not received it you must contact the United States Postal Service. If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS the original shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged in anyway. If you received a damaged item take a picture along with the original packing receipt and email it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com. You must explain what is wrong with the item. After we have reviewed the item we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). In order for us to maintain quality of our
products, we will not accept any returns for reasons other than them being damaged. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If we approve a refund it will be given in a form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY. The value of the store credit will be in the amount of the purchased item.
Social media platforms are not a form of email.
